All of the methods used for my training and behaviour modification are based on scientific study and learning theory as well as my years of experience working with all types of breeds and issues. No aversive, punishing or oppressive methods are used within any behaviour (or training) modification plans or sessions.
You are responsible for the conduct of your dog at all times, especially in public places.

Payment
Payment must be made via BACS upon receipt of your invoice in order to confirm your sessions.
Refunds cannot be given after your Training or Behaviour Programme has started, except in exceptional circumstances.
Please note that for certain areas extra travel costs may be added. If this is the case you will be advised of this at time of booking.
Cancellation
48 hours notice via phone or email is required if you are unable to keep the scheduled training session or consultation, otherwise the full cost will be charged.
Discretion
I have worked with and I continue to work with some high profile clients and therefore I totally understand how important discretion and confidentiality is in all cases. Please be assured that everything we discuss will be confidential.
Social Media
I will not post pictures or any information regarding you or your dog, or our training and behaviour sessions to my website or any of my social media accounts without your express permission to do so.
Insurance
I have full Public Liability insurance and Professional Indemnity insurance - full details are available upon request.
